We do not collect, share, or store any personal information from our users. All data used by the app is stored locally on your device for offline access and personal use only.

DIU CGPA uses Firebase to ensure continuous app functionality and stability, especially if the university’s backend server becomes temporarily unavailable. Firebase may collect general app performance data (such as crash reports), but no personal or academic data is ever shared or linked to your identity.
All user data remains stored on the user's device and never leaves it. Therefore, no additional data encryption is required. Server-side (backend) security and data integrity are handled by Daffodil International University.
DIU CGPA is designed for university students aged 18 and above. It is not intended for children under 18, and no features of this app are directed toward minors.
Users can remove all stored data at any time by clearing the app’s cache or uninstalling the app from their device. This permanently deletes all saved information.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect improvements or changes in the app’s features. Any updates will be posted within the app or on the official support page with an updated “Effective Date.”
